The young lady that waited on us was very nice and polite..She needed more one's to be able to give me chance she asked her manager and had to repeat herself multiple times finally I got my chance and overheard the manager say they are out of change only take cards. There were no napkins no containers for catsup or lids for your drink's and most of the drinks were not available. The table's in the dining room were dirty. The food cold. The wait times in drive thru are horrendous. They have you pull up and wait for 10+ minutes and when you finally get your food, you're missing half of it and it's cold. They keep claiming they've improved, but when you go back to let them know the errors, you don't get a single apology and they're rude as all heck. This place needs shut down.

Last couple times been there through drive thru, they try to charge me 3.51 for a 1.89 Jr cheeseburger saying price changes but yet board never changed tried twice in 2 week period... something fishy ?
