Argumentative, and disrespectful to customers. I was behind a customer who had a complaint, they were told "this is how it is". I was offended by this and spoke of my poor service to be told "just leave and don't come back. No problem. I'll encourage my friends to do the same.

They need to lighten up their FNS sign, need more light in parking lot. Place looks closed all the time. Need beer on tap again. Carlee is a good bar tender and could use more customers. Food is really good.

Doesn't always get the order correct, but pizza and food is pretty good. Used to have beer battered fries, but downgraded- recommend requesting fries extra crispy or substituting for something else.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE PIZZA! First time we’ve had. it. Definitely ordering again. (Only super minor complaint was box wasn’t big enough for large so crust was bent over.)

Well.... this will be the last time we order from here. Thought giving them another chance would be great but.... Nope.Ordered well done pizza & garlic bread with cheese .Pick up order- told 30 mins.I went at 45 (due to past experiences of it not ready)Got there and my bread and wings ready but pizza isnt....... told twice because you requested well done.... okWell almost an hour and 20 mins later I get it and well................. the pizza was DEFINITELY NOT WELL DONE, looked like they took more time positioning the toppings than cooking it and the garlic bread had a side of NACHO cheese instead of the usual mozzarella melted on top of it..... but they offered a free 2 liter for my wait....... No thanks.

Poor customer service when we ordered on the phone. Pizza toppings were burnt. Pizza was poorly made, we got half and half but the way it was cut, we had some pieces with all toppings. We also ordered the drunken chicken (chicken George) and they gave us chicken tenders. This place used to be good. Idk what happened. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

We've given F &A so many chances. If I don't feel like cooking, I'm sure we'll order from here again. I just know that every time I do, my order will be wrong. The staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing- giving the wrong amount of change back, taking orders down wrong, customer service 101. Ordered a regular BLT no fries and my husband brings home a turkey and swiss BLT wrap with fries. Then ordered a Cobb salad a couple weeks later and ended up with some other salad not even on the list. When I mean my order isn't ever right, I mean it.
