Order the backyard bacon ranch burger and a small blizzard, got everything but the blizzard so had to back up and ask for it, then opened up the burger at home and it got some kind of orange spicy sauce on it which was supposed to be barbecue sauce, place is getting sloppy and not paying attention.

Service at 7pm is less than pleasant. I waited in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes. If I had not been blocked in, I would have left. Workers were grumpy and no ice in my drink when I got home...maybe it had melted in the 20 minutes waiting for me to pick it up. But my food was hot and tasty. Go to this DQ in the morning! Happy, pleasant workers and great service!

It's pretty disappointing when you order 2 chicken strip baskets the EXACT same with onion rings instead of fries and get 5 onion rings in one basket and fries in the other. Ordered a small blizzard they gave us a medium, not complaining on that part... but come on. 35$ for 3 things and you can't even get that right?

Ordered through doordash and I had missing items. I have finally learned my lesson with this place as the last 7 orders even at drive-thru and inside dining the orders have not been correct. Will never use the south shores location again. The manager is very rude.

2 of the items on our order were correct. This is an ongoing issue with the South Shores Dairy Queen night shift. Payed for, in addition to the combo, large onion rings, large cheese curd. Received a small fry for both. Both drinks were wrong. Only thing right was one of our burgers. The other was only a single instead of a double. Along with the display and attitude from the workers this place is ridiculous. Make the drive across town or to Mt. Zion.
