So we moved here from Texas a few months ago, and to say it's been a struggle to find somewhat decent Mexican food anywhere in the midwest is an understatement.This place is good! And by good I mean the best we've found so far, which means stellar in comparison to the other options in town that we have tried. Very busy, but for good reasons. The food was great. We got the fresh guacamole and highly recommend it, maybe say light on the onions though. It took us 45 minutes to LEAVE and pay when we were done eating, that was maddening.

Excellent customer experience and over the top service. I've always loved El Coral, but today was exceptional. I asked our server if the chips were friend (maybe a dumb question) because I'm doing a challenge where I'm not eating friend foods for 75 days. He said no problem he can have the kitchen bake me some chips and brought them right out! The food is always excellent and this just made my day!
