The manager david is VERY VERY RUDE! I order a faijita quesdilla (Ill post the picture below of how it came) When I noticed there was nothing but meat on it I called and spoke with the "manager" david he informed me he doesnt make the menu and oh well next time ask! Which i did ask on the phone when placing my order what comes on it but lets continue into this circus! I open my other order which was a nacho carbon and it was so cold the cheese was stuck to the bottom of the pan and no where near the chips so after we argued about how he doesnt make the menu he finally said he would replace my order! When I arrived me and my fiance went in my fiance asked him why would he think it would be okay to serve food like this and he told my fiance multiple times to go outside and find out why he does wat he wants (in terms he wanted to fight my fiance over HIS OR HIS COOKS OWN MISTAKE! ) My new food still had nothing on the faijita and the nacho had even less than before! I couldnt believe how a manger who has worked multiple businesses ( texas roadhouse mi pub etc) could treat customers who just wanted the 40$ worth of food we paid for to be made right!

I have been a regular for several years, and lately, the service has left much to be desired. We've been getting the same server every time as of late, and every time, she has a terrible attitude. Something is always forgotten from our order, and her demeanor isn't friendly at all. It seems as though she would rather be anywhere else than at her job. It just isn't the same restaurant anymore.
The food was really bad, and service even Worse! I would not recommend this restaurant, even in my worst enemy!

We especially love it as a nearby, quick, non-fast-food, weeknight dinner option.Parking: Shared lot with grocery store and other strip mall stores. Occasionally may have to walk two rows of cars out, but there are always enough spaces available.Kid-friendliness: Great kid friendly meal options, including American fare and basic cheese quesadillas for super picky eaters. They have never ending chips and salsa to fill up the bottomless pits. The staff are super friendly to adults and kids alike. There are lots of high backed booths and walls to soak up sound. I've never been overwhelmed by noise in this restaurant, no matter how packed.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or curb. Free standing tables with chairs that can be rearranged by staff to meet the needs of the party.
