Place establishment was very clean. Customers were polite & friendly. They did take a Lil longer than usual to deliver food
Waited in line 25 minutes for 2 legs, 2 wings, and 2 Cole slaw. Cars were backed up. Long line inside too. Cashier very friendly but did not update me as to why it was taking so long.

Spent $96.08 & can't get all my food call and lady says bring it back in so I can see what u got with receipt I said I didn't get a receipt for $96.08 acting like I am lying no I order a 16 piece meal and 12 piece tender and 2 drinks and I get a 8 piece meal

Went there order a 3peice chicken meal and a chicken bowl. When I got to window person had her hand on the food and the window open but was talking. Someone had to tell her I was at the window. My order was all wrong . I got 2 chicken pot pies that wasn't even cook all the way. Tried calling and Noone answersParking: Nothing to say .
The young lady taking our order was very pleasant; however, she evidently could not take an order. I'd asked for all white meat with the extra crispy crust. My husband asked for the original but wanted a leg and a breast which she said was possible. I then asked for tea with LOTS of ice; my husband for tea with a little ice. My husband also emphasized that he wanted plenty of butter. We had gone INTO the store to order -- NOT through the drive-through! Got the food home!!! My chicken was the original, as was my husband's. However, my husband received ALL white meat as had I. Then, neither one of us had ANY ice in our tea! And butter? One package with 3 packages of honey! If we had lived closer, I would have taken it all back!!!
