went to this location because they have a drive thru and I will say food is nasty fries were under cooked and wayyyy to much salt the burger was cold and soda taste flat and the girl at the window wasn't very friendly at all nothank u have good night nothing will not be coming back to this

The staff were just standing there not even paying attention to customers..they were too busy drinking and talking to other employees. The wait time was 10-15 minutes..definitely won't be visiting this place again.
Best kreckels in town in my personal opinion! Food is always hot,shakes taste great but you got about a 50/50 chance on decent service. All around its worth stopping by.

I never go to the Oakland store. I went in to order. I noticed after 15 mins. He never asked my name. I went up to cashier, and asked if he had my order in since he didnt ask for my name. NO I wasn't going to wait another 15 min or longer. Worst service and atmosphere kids just playing around acting like you r not even in line to order. I won't go to Oakland. The Manager didn't seem to care,which I never seen him or her because behind a wall.

One Conscience
Employees looked very sluggish and unhappy to even be there let alone waiting on me. The fries were soggy and gross and I was missing an order of fries from my 2 meals I ordered. I have always loved krekels and I so very disappointed in this visit and this food. I want to call about the missing fries but am sure they will simply tell me to come back and get them and I just got home from a 12 hr day. Do better krekels or I’m afraid I won’t be back.

Waited in drive thur for 25 minutes to get a shake called while I was in line she said, "Come in and get it, i shouldn't have to. I just drove off, and she had an attitude while I was on the phone with her as well..
