Every time I come in and order, they do not give me my drinks! It's simple read the order.... after waiting 7 minutes after my food was put out, I got my drinks. Now my food will be cold once I get home. Will not come back to this one

My son and his class wanted Mc Donald’s for lunch today is his birthday. I called in this nice size order around 8am. One manager (I didn’t get her name) answered the phone. I explained the situation to her and she never said we’re busy can you call back. They were ready for the order. I asked for Tiffany and I place my order and she repeat the order and by the way she was on point. I said I’ll be there by 11:00 am. Walked through the door and had the best service EVER!! Paid and was ready to go in less then 5 minutes….. Thanks West Eldorado Team y’all ROCKKK

As a door dasher this is the first McDonald's I have ever seen with 16+ employees on the clock working at 5:30 pm on a Friday with less than half the business as a McDonald's with only 6 employees and still waited 20 minutes (looking directly at my order which was ready when I came through the door) to be asked about the fact I had been standing there and needed assistance. And because I said thank you and left in a hurry I got called rude by an employee whom I watched stand there and talk while on her phone the whole time shameful service and business at this establishment. I personally will not be getting food here I will gladly go anywhere else.

For some reason, this location cannot seem to move the drive-thru line like every other location does. The one across town moves twice as fast!Drive through is much better now, but inside is a disaster. Nobody was addressing any of the customers in the lobby. I got my own cups after 5 minutes of waiting and got chewed out. If you don't want to pay employees to do the job, don't be mad when I do it myself.

Go to Forsyth or Mt. Zion instead. These people literally don't care at all about service or have pride in what they send out. Just better off to eat anywhere but inner city fast food
