I ordered a pizza for delivery to my workplace this afternoon.....I was kinda busy trying to order on my phone and do some billing, and I stupidly forgot to add toppings to my pizza. When I realized my mistake, I called this location to see if I could change my order before it was being made. Of course, my pizza was done and on it's way to me. The best of good old fashion service from a young man by the name of Michael this evening.I called in my order and I truly expected to be told toorder on line as has happened with other businesses. I was treated with dignity and grace and my pizza was amazing. Thank you,thank you, thank you!
We had a take out order and ordered our usual pizzas and usually don't have any issues. To make a long story short, our pizzas were burnt and not the little extra crispy kind. So I contacted the South Shores manager who offered to deliver 2 hot and fresh pizzas!
