We carried out the deep dish on Friday evening and it was tremendous. I felt it might very well have been the best I’d ever eaten.

Not only should you go here but you should even go out of your way. I could go on and on about this place. Spacious, clean, tons of tvs with games on, and our bartender Sell was outstanding. With all that said the food here is truly special. I'm talking back at grandma's house when everything seemed normal. The Italian beef was life changing, I am absolutely sold.Vegetarian options: Various great looking salads and vegi pizzas/calzones/sandwiches
Tried calling for 30 minutes to place an order but their line kept saying busy! I went in to place and order and they did not seem that busy for their phone to be off of the hook! I then got my food and it was not the sloans calzone I was used to. There was tomato sauce all over it and hardly any cheese on it, even though previously I never had this issue. I was trying to call back about my food and their phone is still saying busy. Not a great experience at their new place!

We are new to area and out in boonies and luckily found Sloans delivers to us country folks! THE BEST PIZZA we’ve had since moving here. Delivery was prompt and food was hot and amazing!! Our new favorite. Must go try the restaurant soon.

First time ever ordering from there just yesterday... And let me TELL YOU..I never got my delivery. I called several times and kept getting told, "he's around there somewhere" or "he should of found it by now" ... They never called out of courtesy to give me an update or nothing...I called 4 times!!! Then, they closed of course,.. With no word or update or anything. I was furious, I chose SLOANS to eat for dinner... And never ended up eating last night. Never experienced such carelessness... My order was made at 730 p.m..... NEVER RECEIVED IT

Our son was invited to play with the Decatur Municipal Band last summer(2021, not 10 years ago).First week, we screwed up and only brought drinks.Every other night we had Sloan’s Calzones (and pizza too).NOTE:Canzone is a very difficult and special version of pizza.1. Not what you are used to, but if done right with a crust as thin as a tortilla… 2. only fresh veggies , cheeses and local meats, 3.and a sauce to die for…You will experience and understand just a tiny chunk of the good life you are searching for.Sloans is one of the greatest!!

The calzones are pretty goo-ood, and economical too! I've been here a handful of times, I don't like leaving reviews based on one visit. The slices I had at lunch time had too much cheese for me, but hey man some people might like that. The thin crust pizzas I've ordered have all been super yummy and I will continue to eat here!
Work downtown and came in for lunch, got it quick enough to eat there and come back to work. Staff was friendly and got my amazing breadsticks within minutes and this amazing and delicious calzone within minutes after that. The breadsticks were amazing and seasoned with all the parm I could ever want. Cheese sauce was good with the calzone and the breadsticks. The calzone was hot, fresh and extremely delicious. Will definitely go back once the situation arises!

Great slice and a drink. I added the salad which had the craziest chunk of tomato on top (dice that tomato up already). Pizza slice was good sized and had a great crust.
