My salad was delicious and it was nice sitting out on their back patio.
Good food, friendly service at a reasonable price.
During the pandemic I did my best to shop local, and The Wharf has been our local fish spot as long as I can remember. Great place with outside dining, and friendly staff
Decent burgers. I ordered well done and it was perfect. Servers who know how to treat customers well. This is a lunch place, so get there before they close at 2.
The curly fries saved the day. The wings almost flew away with their own feathers. They definitely needed to be cooked longer. Fried pickles were very salty. Service was fine though.
We took a road trip with my SIL and great niece to visit the zoo and childrens museum in Decatur. I decided upon The Wharf after reading reviews. The restaurant was a little difficult to find as it is behind a gas station. The service was great and the food really good. My niece had the grilled cheese from the childrens menu which she loved. The meal was to come with a cookie but they were out. The server took the time to go to the gas station to purchase a really good cookie for her. I would definately recommend The Wharf.
Great burgers and atmosphere! Definitely a do over!
We tried the HUGE Shipwreck sandwich. We split it and had to take about half of it home. Our friend tried some appetizers that she liked all of. Food was tasty service was great. We'll be back!
Was not impressed. Many people have told me that they have great food. The soda did not taste good, it was flat. I ordered the bourbon (a cheeseburger with bacon and sauce). After waiting 40-50 minutes they brought me a pork chop. At this point I had worked over 12 hours and was hungry so I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes to get a burger. The pork chop was dry and the sauce they put on it was everywhere on the plate and made the fries soggy. For my fiance and I it cost $44. We had cheese curds as an appetizer. She got the special which was a mahi-mahi. Overall, not a good experience. I will try it again to make sure it wasn't just a one time thing.
One of my favorites-remembered from three years ago..unfortunately, terrible service. Visited on a Thursday-not Friday and arrived before 5 pm..We had a 2 1/2 hour wait…received our appetizer and drinks after an hour and told one thing ordered not available, then after two plus hours..a waitress (not ours..never saw her again ) tells us there was a computer issue. No attempt to make it right..asked for take out after 2 1/2 hours and waited more, then 15 minute wait at bar to pay..sorry new ownership-you need to do better..not okay and we now live close and would’ve been regulars.
This os a little restaraunt tucked behind a gas station. You would never see it from the road. Once you make your way inside the room is dark with a fire pit in the center of the room which makes for a romantic dinner. The 1/2 fried chicken was amazing. The flowd fries were delicious. I didn't care for the potato salad. Definitely worth a try. Service was decent and not much seating again makes for a quaint dinner.
Very satisfied! My good was delicious and juicy. Cozy place and good drinks. Recommend.
Very disappointed in food, quantity and quality. All was poor. View was the only good part. Had the whole flounder. Was overly done and no seasoning. Steamed broccoli and rice wasn’t salted or seasoned. Fed all four in our party and all meals was the same. Wife got grilled shrimp and had all of 9 smallish shrimp. Daughter got children’s fried shrimp and she got 4 small shrimp. Don’t waste your money here go somewhere else. Don’t be fooled by line of people. Definitely not worth the wait.
Great food and service. Had the horse shoe with a burger and bacon onions and tomato and white cheese.. very very good
Had chicken livers and coleslaw- great service out on the patio!!
