Ordered 2 orders of seasoned fries online and got an email saying that the order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later. After waiting at the call in order register for another 5-10 minutes of watching others get their order placed and filled, I stepped over to the other register and showed them my online order. It became apparent very quickly that my order hadn't even been made. No acknowledgement, no explanation, no apology. They proceeded to make the food and simply handed me a sealed bag. I checked the bag before I left and discovered that the large sauce that I paid $4.29 for wasn't in the bag. Back to the counter, waited for the cashier to finish taking another person's order and told her that the sauce I had ordered and paid for wasn't there. A guy from the back handed me cups of sauces and walked away. Again, no acknowledgement, no explanation, no apology.The only thing left is for me to give them no business in the future.

The $2.50 20 oz Dr. Pepper I ordered online turned out to be a $2.50 12 oz can. The garlic parmesan boneless wings were decent sized but where was the garlic? The fries were soggy, loose in the big paper sack and tasted like sweet potato fries. Way over priced for sub-par food. Atmosphere was fabulous considering I got it to go. 10/10 won't order from here again.

Ordered from the website for delivery last Saturday 1/13/24. It is currently Friday 1/18/24. We received half of our order, tried calling to get it resolved and repeatedly went to voicemail. When I finally got through I was told that the order would be refunded however this still has not happened, a week later!! Tried calling back several times and continue going to voicemail. Did get through one time only to get hung up on before even getting to speak. This is completely unacceptable as we still wait for a refund on an incomplete order from last week. At this point I'm feeling like we have just had our money stolen by one of Decatur's finest shady establishments that happens to have good wings and ranch but extremely poor service and management.

Every time I go, my food is cold by the time I get it customer service is super slow and once they get irritated they’re rude to everyone so hopefully you catch them when they’re not busy. Very poor in rush-hour only run one register at a time and I’ve been there at least five or six times. Food is good even after you microwave it though.
I’m not sure why they have a phone because they just take it off the hook or simply ignore it!!! Very annoying and distasteful… you just showing customers that you couldn’t care less about them or their businessI’ll go elsewhere you’re not the only wing gig in

Tried once and gave benefit of doubt but was wrong on second time I see people go in come out they never answer phone they are still in business I guess u have to frequently visit spots like A1 etc like majority of the towns natives to learn how to speak the language cause I don't understand how u order and after 2nd time why care as I read comments I don't believe the town natives continue to support this place but then again yes I do its decatur what do you expect
