“Today, I want to write about Jersey Mike's restaurant.it is near our home, this is fast food with some good features. This was the most friendly place I’ve ever been to. The two guys working were so kind (tall with brown hair and the other had glasses and a ponytail). They were upbeat, made our sandwiches look like the photos, and seemed genuinely happy to be working. There aren’t many fast food places that still have that these days. The restaurant was clean as well.“

The employees are always kind and willing to speak up when I can't hear.Just went in a few minutes ago and they had a new employee who did a very good job! He was cheerful and did an amazing job! He double checked my order which is something that is highly valuable in my opinion.“
“The past couple of times I've ordered for delivery they have made my sandwiches perfectly! In the past I've had not so great experiences but now I've been seeing it turn around. “We ordered catering from this Subway for the NIU band competition, and the manager was in contact with me from the first time I created the order up until I picked it up. The manager was amazing, has excellent communication and customer service. He packed and labeled everything perfectly, which made my job of feeding 130 marching band members and staff easy!On top of it all, the marching band members expressed that they were the best Subway sandwiches they have had. I had one kid stop after he took a bite, and I asked if he was okay - he replied, "These are SO GOOD!" Thank you so much for making this an excellent catering experience. I will use this Subway for catering next year for sure! Thank you!“
“This is the best Subway in DeKalb. This location is in the Walmart. Atmosphere is a bit dreary, kinda cramped, and the didn't seem to inviting. But, the food was pretty decent. Even when I asked for extra hot peppers though, they were very light with the ingredients. The service was pretty quick though. They were pretty fast and didn't waste time. I will keep going to this location.“
“The food is very delicious they have so many items to pick from The service is excellent very friendly staff and very prompt service you know they are professionals when they make your food fast in a very busy day They do have a huge line during lunch time they do take orders to go so if you in a rush no need to fear place your phone order and voila pick it up and enjoy I love this place because the ambiance is very cozy and home like room and you can enjoy the sun if you sit by the window I loved this place good food good service and very friendly staff“
“A cool oasis on I-88 that, in my opinion, is decently well-kept. There is a big compass embedded in the sidewalk on the entryway that is pretty cool. A neighboring gas station is right next to it too. Inside, there's plenty of empty kiosks where you can tell there was a restaurant there in the past, but there is still some decent places you can dine at. They have (as of Dec 2017) the following: Panda Express McDonalds Starbucks Sbarros At least these were the more notable places. There's plenty of open seating at this place, with even some plugs for you to plug in your phone or any type of electronics BATHROOM REVIEW: Pretty decent bathroom with plenty of urinals and stalls. My only gripe of this bathroom is the entry way; you have to go through this barely two-person wide narrow arse hallway to fully enter the bathroom. Other than that, the bathroom was clean and roomy. Sit or squat? I'd still squat“
