As of 12/16/21 this location seems to be operating under COVID self-serve operations...Convenient location for employees in the building.Just tried for the first time and I would say it is okay for packaged items (Chobani, Protein Shakes, cookies, snacks, etc.), but not so sure about their "fresh" options.I grabbed the only salad without ranch dressing and when I opened and mixed, it was very old - the cabbage seemed like it was starting to go bad (dark & hard), funky tasting...read full review
The Rosemont location has some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. Every single person makes a difference. They can instantly turn your frown upside down. The food is fresh and prepared shortly after ordering, and you feel happier when you leave. I absolutely will continue to come see the friendly faces, and enjoy the delicious food provided.

The food is just ok and way overpriced. They are banking on convenience because they are in the office but most people I know only go here as last resort.The only positive I would say is the staff is really nice. But the food quality and pricing is terrible.
