“The Karachi Gosht and Chicken Makhni at Tandoori are absolute delights! The Karachi Gosht is tender and bursting with flavorful spices, while the Chicken Makhni is rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Must-visit place for anyone craving authentic Pakistani cuisine. The new owner has managed to uphold the integrity of the recipes, ensuring that loyal customers like myself can continue to enjoy the delicious dishes we've come to love.Highly recommended!“
“Great test. If you want to test "Dhaba style food", must visit. Dal tadka, dal bati, sev tameta, ghee gor rotla. Awesome and also more than enough quantity food. They take time but serve hot and fresh food.Vegetarian options: Must try all dishes on menu ?“
“Absolutely authentic and delicious Indian food couple with excellent service. They will customize the spice levels from 1( mild) to 3(very spicy). I have tried many Indian restaurants in suburbs and downtown Chicago and I would rate this place as my favorite. The dishes prices are reasonable which only adds to my 5 star rating. Only drawback is parking is hard to find unless you used paid parking garage.“
“The food was delicious. We ordered the Butter Chicken and Chicken Curry and they were both very flavorful and the chicken was very tender. Our server BK provided very great service and got the food out very fast. The restaurant was pretty empty when we went, which is a shame because it's a great restaurant with nice ambience and good music. It was our first time ever having any Indian food and it was a great first impression. Definitely recommend this place!“
“This was my first Indian restaurant experience and I was blown away! We ordered veg samosas, chicken lollipop, garlic naan, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, chicken 65 biryani, and another house biryani special. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I love that the restaurant is BYOB too. Will definitely be coming back!“
“I asked lady at the counter what’s the best item which is tasty but also spicy and she suggested Malai Tikka (I checked later and it was the most expensive item in the menu) and it was absolutely delicious. It was enough for 1 person. I really wanted to try other items but time crunch didn’t allow me. I am from KS and visited Chicago and tried this place. I would definitely recommend this place to people who really prefers Indian spicy level food!“
“This is my first time eating here and I am not easily impressed but WOW absolutely everything that I ordered was AMAZING!! I got the elotes pizza, bulgogi tacos, and the loaded fries add chicken. Can't believe I've lived down the street from this place and never tried it until today. Great job guys! Definitely recommend!“
“I truly appreciate the service at this restaurant! The food was amazing! I went with my fellow coworkers after a show. So we were extremely hungry. Milton was our main waiter and he was so patient and kind. Also several members of the staff checked on us, Patel added some tasty desert and introduced us to the owner, Sonu. Another gentleman helped find our waiter because we took so long to make up our minds ordering. Some of the staff members even had a fun chat with me on my way back from the restroom. They were all so sweet! I really hope to get to return to this place when I'm in town!“
“I'm a novice when it comes to Indian food. I have had some very bad Indian food. But this was excellent. So good. So flavorful. Excellent rice. The waiter recommended the chicken tiki masala and lamb Josh Rogan. Both were so delicious. It's BYOB. So bring your own wine. But definitely try it. Naan was excellent.“
“Must try Indian place in Arlington Heights! Highly recommend it. Chicken dum biryani, Gobi 65, tandoori chicken, chicken sukka (with parotta) and chicken noodles are my favorites! Kids favorite place to go on Thursdays for Dosa night. Best chutney I had around this place. Bring your own bottle, relax and enjoy the dish!“
“Been eating her food for over a decade. She use to sell food at a school in Morton grove after prayer. This was my first time giving it a try, I placed a order for spring rolls but when I went inside to pay they told me they ran out and items I could replace it with, I still give this place a five star review just cause of how nice they were and the foo from Nafisa has always been good“
“We arrived at this restaurant for dinner. we heard about this place from many people. Well, it was a winning. the staff were so friendly and we felt excellent. The meal was tasty. We loved this spot a lot and we shall definitely come back again. Highly recommended.“
“They offer catering services for South Indian foods. Great tasting food and very good quality. Great customer service as well. They offer ready to go packages for some food items such as biriyani, butter chicken, samosas and many more. There is also an Indian store where you can buy many Indian spices and food items.“
“I had placed a last minute order from Neelimas kitchen. Deepak was ver accommodating and made my order with in 12 hours of time . Everything that I ordered was excellent. Dahi vada is to die for. Gulabjamun, veg puffs, poori. Everything was very delicious and mouth watering. I will be coming back to Neelimas kitchen for all my catering needs .“
“The ambience was great. Me and my friends enjoyed our Sunday afternoon lunch at Mantra. Our server was very polite in providing recommendations. We order lassi, Sweet like soda, Masala soda and they were refreshing. For appetizers we had Dahi balla, Chicken lollipop, chicken 65, masala papad. The appetizers were great 5/5. For entrees we ordered lamb peshawari and Murgh Makhani. Usually most restaurants cannot go wrong with “Chicken butter masala” but unfortunately the chicken was overcooked and rubbery which was a disappointment. ? The desserts were amazing“
“Asli Dilli da Khaana. If you Blind-tasted the menu, you would pay atleast double.Hands down the best Indian food there is!!I once went there about 10 years back. Been going back there ever since. No one makes a fresher Chaat than them.Veg Biryanis are pretty abysmal universally. But this place changed that. I go back just for it.The Butter Chicken and the Malai Kofta are stand outs..Worth the drive to Palatine. One of the few gatekeepers of Indian Cuisine.Vegetarian options: The Best Indian food by a long mile.“
“A friend at work recommended it, and I went today for the first time. The lady who was the cashier or server was amiable and helped me to go over the menu and explain what the dishes were. I ended up getting the chicken chicken biryani and the beef roll. I forgot what it was called, and I didn't know what to expect, but when I got home, opened the box, and tasted it, I was very impressed the chicken biryani was excellent. Had chunks of chicken and a great flavor. I will be going back and trying other dishes; depending on how the different dishes go, I may make it my new go-to spot for Indian food“
“The food is amazing here.. The Hakka noodles were the star of the show.. We also tried chef’s special fried chicken biryani which was delicious and the dosa was great too.. The best way to end our meal was the Madras Coffee which was amazing and authentic!! We will definitely go back there..“
“We drove in, on our way back home, thinking this was actually Thalaiva's (Rajnikath) personal gourmet chain, but wasn't.Rest assured, they're as genuine a Thalaiva (Leader/Boss) in restaurant business and Indian cooking as any.Exceptional food quality, chicken curry to die for. Don't go expecting Delhi style North Indian cuisine and tastes only, coz the flavors of Bangalore and Hyderabad abound and how!!Amazing trip, worth every penny! For you, Go for it. And for Thalaiva's, keep it going!!“
“We were in Mt. Prospect and were hungry. Looking at options, we saw this has a buffet. Let's go! We got their right as they opened. We were told to seat ourselves. The buffet had a lot of options. My kid loves butter chicken and said it was very good. Naan, samosas, and especially the briyani were all delicious. Briyani had a bit of kick to it as well. This did not taste like generic buffet food! When we came in around 12, the place was empty. Sitting there, no one came in until near the end of our meal. My kid said it was creepy and quiet. No music and a buffet to ourselves. They have a dinner buffet as well, and we will try soon. I'll update my review based on that.“
“Great Place for Daily Groceries. Good Quality & Quantity Products Are Available. You Get All From Here Daily Grocery Home Needs You Can Find Kitchen Items and Vegetables, Fruits, Snacks Chips and Chocolates, Shampoos, Soaps, and More Items Available Here All Things You Find in This Store.“
“Great delivery, everything was super warm and packed nicely. We ordered the mixed Tandoori grill which had shrimp, two kinds of chicken, fish, lamb and some other kind of sausages we enjoyed. The fish was a bit too fishy so it didn't get eaten. We also ordered Malai Kofta which was super delicious. I ordered the meat medium spicy and the vegetable dish a little bit more spicy and I'll tell you what, they were both really really spicy. We were both sweating like crazy by the time we were done eating. A nice cool yogurt sauce would've been good with all the heat. All in all, we really enjoyed the food except for the fish. We will definitely eat there again or order from there. Yummy Indian food. Lots of other things for us to try on the menu.“
“This is my 4th time dining at this restaurant. When you’re here you’re getting an anthemic Indian cuisine experience. Their Boba is just the cherry on top! The staff know what they’re doing. To the DESI COMMUNITY please respect this establishment as a well ran business and don’t treat it like your aunty’ s house!!! Wait to be seated and be patient when they’re understaffed. This business is thriving and i wasn’t to see it stay! p.s. my one feedback is to bring in some warm lighting. The lights are too bright, softer lighting would be appreciated so you can comfortably eat with your hands. thank you.“
“Fresh and tasty food. The place has a very cozy atmosphere, although I can't comment on the service as I ordered takeout. The portions are reasonable, and the food is very good, with flavors and aromas that delight the palate with each bite. The menu details dietary restrictions very well, which is helpful. It's definitely a place I will return to without hesitation.“
“Best Indian food in the area. Great flavors and the young gentleman in the front is super friendly and caring for the customers. My fiancé and I take out from there at least once a month and we have not had one bad experience. Prices are also very reasonable.“
