Not sure who's on shift when. But between them and McDonalds, the food is better depending on the staff on duty. Sometimes its better mid day as more adults take those shifts( it seems, anyway). Sometimes the young ones at late night are on fire ?. There is a girl with colorful hair in the drive-thru that we always have good luck with. Thanks ? I ordered from the vegetarian menu and the veggie power bowl was DELICIOUS and the nacho fries AMAZING!! Best lunch I've had in a while; probably not the healthiest but definitely the tastiest!!

I usually order on the app in the parking lot because I have anxiety about making modifications to their menu items in person but they always make it right!
