Ariel, you rock! Great service and food, like they actually care! I don't get it. The 11th street kfc is owned by the same people yet service is HORRIBLE! FOOD IS HORRIBLE! PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE! I really think you should send the dixon crew to rockford and show them how to operate a restaurant before these workers, including the manager, run the business into the ground!
The best KFC! We take a ride of 30 minutes to reach this kfc since day one we found intersting the way they work, you order your food and they prepare everything at the moment, nothing is cold, the chicken juice, the sandwiches made at the moment, the fries so crunchy and hot, everything is to die for, and the service, they go the extra mile, you sit patiently and the workers go and gave you the food to the table. I highly recommend this place

The service was great as well as the food but the atmosphere was slacking! Not inviting at all the lobby was closed for no reason, tables were dirty besides that the service was good it's KFC what can i say it's not the establishment its the people hired to run it.
