Food was good. Service was okay (short-staffed maybe). But the place needed vacuuming, a good wipe down, and the mens room had clearly not been cleaned in days. May come back, but will do drive-thru.

Went to Dixon IL location ordered a bacon dble biggie bag and a dble stack fries and frosty paid $14.69 1. didn't get a receipt. 2. could tell burgers were old cheese was hard and brown burger dry. 3. can't even call because it's a fax number I tried 4 times 2 different phones. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!
