OMG their pizza has always been good since early 2000, I use to visit the restaurant on 71st Street until I found the Dolton location. Love both restaurants but not the one on 83rd Halsted. Too many in and out and kicking it with buddies and also they don't wash their hands after coming from outside. I canceled my order once. Will never go there again.
They messed up my order. And didn't offer any compensation or discount. I called in at 8pm got there at 10pm to be told my order was taken wrong. Then they wanted me to wait 20 more minutes for it to be corrected. But never offered an incentive to wait. Then took someone else's order and gave it to me.. (Yes I peeped that move). I had a long ride back home ahead so I took it but I won't be eating at that location when I come to town anymore ??????Parking: There are plenty of spaces...read full review
