While the food was absolutely scrumptious I was disappointed with how I witnessed them mishandle a customer. After checking her food from her car a customer came back to get her order corrected. The waitress placed the order correctly but the cook got it wrong. Instead of owning and correcting his mistake professionally and politely he provoked her to anger. My son and I eat here very often. My son loves their cheese burgers and I love their chicken Philly. I like that they don't put all those mushrooms on the Philly like all the other restaurants and it has lots of flavor. Thank you chefs and Jimmy staff.
