“I went to the Panda Express in the Levee District for dinner about 2 weeks ago, my plan was to use the drive-thru. However, after pulling into the lot I could see there were numerous cars backed up so I decided to go inside. The first thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant was, the second thing was how well the employees behind the counter were working together. It was clear they were incredibly busy, but they were all hustling and getting it done! The manager was out in the dining room, helping where necessary and cleaning/wiping down surfaces. Talk about a well-oiled machine! The staff was very polite when I walked in and got my order filled very quickly, considering how many drive-thru orders they were also handling. At a time when the country seems to be drowning in people who don't want to work or, for those that do, take almost no pride in their jobs, it was incredibly refreshing!“

“They've come back strong. Quality suffered before COVID but still pretty much the only place in town. After their temporary closure we were forced to travel elsewhere to get out Chinese food fix. When they reopened they came back with higher pricing but much better quality. Tried to go today but had to back out of there due to excessive heat. The air broke and the heat was stifling. Will be back when we can breathe in there again.“
“Food is excellent! I had the pistachio crusted sea bass with fried rice and it was wonderful! Service was great. The atmosphere is lacking. Tables hadn't been bussed, front counter in disarray, some booth seats very worn down. However, staff was very friendly and attentive!“
“EXCELLENT food, price can’t be beat ($11.99/person at lunch time) for the quality, top-notch service… very very polite and nice employees and quick to refill drinks. Always clean despite a lot of customers coming through. Love it here! Went here for my birthday today, amazing as always. My favorites include: the chicken skewers, Shanghai rolls, fried rice, general Tso’s chicken, coconut shrimp, and all sushi varieties!!! Give it a try, well worth your money and in fact I leave a tip every single time because you get much more than you pay for!!“
“When I stopped by for lunch today, there is not too many people. I was able to talk to them. I also found out they opened on Christmas Day, it was the busiest day for them. The owner barely had time to eat lunch and diner. My food came out pretty quick and tasted very good. I will be there again.“
“This place 99.9% of the time is great. Food is great and the staff is great and friendly. We really like the grill you can pick out and get food cooked on. The only problems we ever had rarely are sauces not being added to our food that we picked out for the grilled food and one booth is way too close together to sit at in the left front corner (we didn't ask to switch because it was busy). Other than those minor things, it's great and my wife and I go almost every week for our special weekend dinner. Take out is a great option too if you just want to take it home.“

“I was very overall pleased with this place! I had not eaten from here since I was a small child! My Mongolian beef was very good and tender! My husband had general tso chicken it wasn't spicy but still he loved it. It came with sticky rice. We also had creamy good potstickers! The portions of our entrees were huge! It was so pleasing! The sugar sprinkle donuts were so tasty and fresh! We shared some plum wine which was tasty but alittle syrupy. Our waitress was so nice and quick to get stuff for us. “Sushi Ko is awesome... I don't like using the word "value" when it comes to sushi but you definitely get the most bang for your buck at Sushi Ko. The sushi rolls are typically between $4-$9 and are huge! Unlike most places in Peoria that have specialty rolls around $12 each. Hadi is a super friendly chef/owner that greets everyone that walks in. Huge variety of Chinese and sushi. Plus a good bottled beer selection (no draft beer). I've had times where the service isn't the greatest but it's typically when they are very busy. We still go there at least twice a month. This is a great place to go if you've never had sushi before so you can try different rolls and not spend a fortune. Try the seafood tempura roll and get an order of crab rangoons!“

I'll buy my Chinese food here even if I have to drive up to the north end of Peoria to get it (from EP) Staff are very friendly and recognize me from my years of patronage Eating in the dining area is pretty basic/fast food style but if you're going somewhere for ambiance there's a place next door and others. However you can't eat ambience. It shouldn't matter if the food is good! My personal recommendations : Bourbon Chicken / Hunan Chicken (spicy-ish due to red pepper flake) are similar but the Bourbon Chicken only has onion and carrot strands. “Fast hot food reasonably priced. Ordered General Tso's chicken, chicken and pork lo mein. Got dinner combos with pork fried rice, one with egg roll and one with crab rangoon. Not a big fan of the crab rangoon. General Tso's was not spicy at all. Nothing special in the sauce but the chicken was moist and tender. The pork and chicken lo mein were both fresh and full of meat. Would definitely recommend to satiate a Chinese food craving.“

They have a great variety and equally great prices esp. their lunch and dinner specials. Some favorites are the Hunan Chicken, General Tsao, and the egg rolls! They have an online ordering ap that works great! Not much room to eat in so I use for take out which is perfect for now.“
