The second I walked in, I knew I wasn’t wanted. This location has a very serious problem among its staff. Case in point: seeing the female burrito-maker look up, roll her eyes and sigh (on Aug 28) when I walked in. “Another person?” her face conveyed, but I love the food, so I shrugged it off. We ordered Qdoba delivered for a work lunch to celebrate an anniversary, there were a few things not correct. When we called, the manager, Rachel was very pleasant and apologetic, she said she would make it right the next time we were in, but we would have to come in. We usually don't leave the building for lunch because there is only a few of us and it's not easy to cover. We picked up Qdoba today and cudos to Rachel and her team. I'm not sure the name of the two girls working the line tonight (11-27) but every single time I go to this location and they're working, my food and service is immaculate. They both smile and have such polite manners, but more importantly my order comes out perfectly everytime they are involved. Especially with the portions, it's always the perfect amount and everything spread out evenly. Can't say enough good things about either of them.
