Stopped here for dinner while in town for an evening stop-over. Traditional hibachi restaurant with a sushi bar / hibachi room / regular table room, etc. We chose the hibachi seating and ordered the hibachi meal and a couple of rolls. I ordered the volcano roll and the shrimp tempura rolls. These were good - but the rolls never come out how they are described to me. This place, or any locations of this food chain, have never disappointed on the food side of things. However, while trying to enjoy a conversation and eat, the constant cling clang of the hibachi chefs doing tricks is annoying and really made my company uneasy. Sensitive to sound, and it escalated his anxiety. Which also made our experience stressful. Service was great, always on top of refilling drinks or clearing the table. The sushi had too much sauce for my liking. The portions are large, but I believe the sushi would taste better with less sauce overpowering each bite. Let the ingredients shine through.
