It was a typical Jimmy John’s. Quality was on par. With every other one I’ve been to. I ordered the turkey Tom and David Vito. Staff wasn’t super friendly but they weren’t rude either. Very convenient location. Restrooms and dining area were very clean.
I normally have great service with perfect orders every time. Today, however, I paid an up charge to add bacon to my sandwich as a little treat. I picked my order up and went back to work. Opened it to find they forgot the bacon on my sandwich. Called the store to let them know and the gentleman on the phone just said “thanks”. There was no offer to credit for the next order or anything.

One of the slower JJs around. I ordered online to pick up in the drive-thru. The drive-thru itself is weird. Once I got in to the drive-thru, it took the staff a long time to find my order. Once I received my order, the staff member almost dropped my food out the window, but I caught it. As I was on the road, I reached in to my bag to pull out some chips. The bag of chips had a hole in it and the chips were stale.
