The people here are really great, friendly, and the food just tastes amazing. There's really nothing else to say. If you're looking for a good dine-in Mexican-American restaurant, and you're in the Effingham area, then this is the place.
The atmosphere is very festive, service is very fast and the food was excellent! We definitely enjoyed Puerto Vallarta! We will be back.Kid-friendliness: They have a children's menu! Several choices to choose from! They have high chairs for toddlers.Wheelchair accessibility: The driveway is nice and flat . No steps to enter .
