“Everything on the menu seems to be amazing. The service is always friendly and fast, and the food is often out so fast that I'm surprised by it. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants out there, and this one is tied for the top spot in my experience. I seriously only know one other restaurant with food this good, and have only had tacos as gourmet as these twice in my life. It's not just good. It's the kind of restaurant that becomes your standard for how food should be done. Give it a try. You'll thank me.“

“Took my kids to lunch at El Faro the other day, and it is still outstanding. We got a pastor burrito, and a steak burrito. Food came out hot and fast despite restaurant being really busy with a bunch of take out orders as it was lunch time. The burritos were huge. More than enough for myself and two teenagers. The flavor of both was amazing, but for me, the pastor was the best. I highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for great Mexican food.“
“We are at Carminas because it was on our way back to our hotel and we just wanted Mexican food. Gabby was our server and she was amazing!! The food was fresh. We had flautas and a skirt steak with delicious sauce. The rice and guacamole were excellent as was the refried beans. The atmosphere was wonderful with brightly colored murals on the walls. We are glad we took the chance and stopped. Planning a return visit when we are back on the area next August.“
“I've ordered dozens of times since my original post from my first visit. The service is always excellent, cook time is quick, food is delicious consistent and filling. This is now our favorite go-to taco spot. Love the pastor tacos and my daughter loves the kids quesadilla.“

“I decided to try a new restaurant while out and about. I went to Los Camales in Elgin. I was warmly greeted by Rosa who took my order. She helped me decide since I am a recent vegetarian. This was very difficult because I saw all the meat orders getting delivered. I ordered the torta which still was delicious. The horchata was very good and not overly sweet like some others. I was checked out by Tanela who allowed me to practice Spanish. My experience there was fantastic and encourage people to get it a try!“
“It's a regular Taco Bell. Service was fine. They have kiosk which is nice. It was clean. Food is what you would expect. 5 stars though because they have 2 gender neutral bathrooms. This made me feel very safe here and I had a good experience. Thank you taco bell for doing the minor things like this that make the space available to everyone“

“We dined in tonight and it was busy and took a little while to get menus and drinks but it was totally worth the wait. The food was AMAZING along w the margaritas flight. There was only 2 servers tonight you could tell they were working so hard and so fast to accommodate everyone. We’ll definitely be back!“
