When I’m working I Always eat from this location and it has never disappointed me until today.I barely had rice and lettuce and I didn’t ask for lite.I’ve been trying to contact this location since 1pm to see what happened and no answer what so ever. Chipotle use to be my go to spot but I have to cross it off my favorites.
Lousy corporate customer service. Restaurant staff left out half my order then when I tried to get them on the phone all you get is a computer voice. I'm due a refund and apology from these

I have going here to Chipotle in EGV but today the chips were not fresh at ALL they were recooked and the guac was so spicy not like other Chipotle’s I go to even If I get a small chips they are fresh I couldn’t even eat them to fried and hard could not enjoy with my chips. Never again.
