Silver Dollars is a breakfast/lunch restaurant near Abraham Lincoln Cemetery in Elwood, IL. They serve the standards - hamburgers, pancakes, eggs, etc. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. I had the apple walnut waffle. The topping was made from fresh apples opposed to canned pie filling. If you are at the cemetery and want a bite to eat Silver Dollars is a good option.
We're there for a funeral dinner and although a sollum occasion found everything was very good Food variety, serving staff was great. If you live close and haven't been there , make a point to go there.

My first time here. Food was 10/10 perfect. Cooked just right, very fresh and tasty. The environment and atmosphere were superb, hospitality, warm, and welcoming. The fish tank was well maintained and I enjoyed watching all the fish swim around. The portions were huge and everything was very high quality, especially the toast I noticed.
