I've been here before. I remembered it being better. Maybe it was an off night. The waiter did his best but they were understaffed. Don't get the boneless wings. Fairly flavorless... wanted something because he said it would be a while before the pizza would be ready. Pizza was OK. Not great. Leftover pizza was better the next morning.
I visit Evanston on occasion because my daughter is a student there, but I always go to Lou Malnati's when I'm there. Their deep dish pizza is the best I've had anywhere. The service is always excellent.

Appreciated the gluten free option. service was very good. The restaurant was empty but we still had to wait 10min while they staggered seating and tables. Not our #1 chicago deep dish pizza place but it was fine.
