I ordered a pizza on 10/2023. It was supposed to arrive at 6:38. At 6:53, I called because it hadn't arrived: they said it was out for delivery and there was nothing they could do. At 7:03, I called and was they put me on hold for two minutes before I hung up. I have no pizza and it has taken twice as long as they projected. I got Chicken Parmesan and coke the other day and used my gift card to pay for it. I only had to pay about 30 something cents plus tips from my credit card. Today I found out that they charged me twice both from my gift card as well as my credit card. So I went to inquire. There was a lean middle-aged man (white) who responded. Worst pizza I've ever had. I swear the cardboard box would have tasted better than the actual pizza. My wife and I both wondered if they had forgotten the sauce. It was thin, flavorless, and an embarrassment to all pizzas everywhere. Frozen pizzas would have tasted better than this pizza. Save yourself and don't ever bother with this place. It's definitely not the Pizza Hut from my childhood.
