I didn't appreciate the worker telling me because I requested my sandwich to be cut in half I could not have a knife. I went to Jersey Mike and requested a knife with no problem. I will never go back to Jimmy John's.

I came here yesterday to pick up dinner, and due to the Evergreen Park Independence parade, it took me a while to get there. The staff weren't friendly, they didn't seem to know that my partner placed a sandwich for pickup, even though they just called like a minute prior to explain that I was getting re-routed. They started asking each other if they heard of the order, then one person said is it curbside pickup, another said to give them a minute. I ultimately found the order...read full review

Placed an online order today. It wasn’t ready when I got there…. No biggie. I ordered three meals. I asked for a drink carrier, they don’t have any. Strike One. They placed all my food in one small bag. Smashed the chips and the sandwiches. No napkins were included. Strike two. Didn’t include the yellow mustard packets. Strike three. I addressed my concerns and the employee shrugged it off. Food costs too much for customer service to be forgotten.
