Diondray was perfectly perfect! Very friendly and engaging. It was a pleasure driving thru today. It was the best part of my day so far! Thanks for having such a great employee!! He was absolutely amazing!
I love Fazoli‘s food… But a very commonly get home only to discover that they got my order wrong, in spite of taking an unbelievable amount of time to put it together in the first place. Sometimes nearly an hour just to get food through the drive-through when there were only five or six people ahead of me.

Our first time to dine inside Fazoli's was very pleasant. One orders at the counter and the servers bring the food to the table. Soda station for free refills. In the evening, there were more drive thru clients so inside restaurant was quiet and we could enjoy a long visit. Food was tasty. Took home half of the meal.
