This place is going downhill. They have a few really good employees and a couple that ain't. They don't have enough employees either. Time and time again, they don't have all the ingredients to make your order, and they may not come out and tell you so you sit and wait till you walk up to say something. One time, they took my order off the board and didn't say anything and it was paid for. That's wrong.
I love going to Panera. This is my spot, my office. I love the atmosphere. People are friendly. I love meeting new people & networking & sharing ideas & information.Kid-friendliness: I see kids are enjoying this place too.

They seem to have cut down the smoothie menu, only 3 options now. I was disappointed they got rid of the peach blueberry one. Also why is the smoothie like tiny now? But more expensive? I'm afraid I've had it with Panera as a franchise.
