Had 2 sandwiches delivered and both of them seemed stale. The meat in one was dry and hard, and the bread was rock hard on the other. These had to be made really early in the day and just sat. First time getting something from Potbelly and won't be going back again. 30 bucks is a little much for 2 stale sandwiches.
Generally Potbelly is a good choice for moderately healthy sandwiches. Usually fast, but occasionally staff are younger, and less experienced, and this time, they moved very casually and slow. At this particular location, I ordered the steak with horseradish sauce sandwich. It wasn't until the sandwich was cooked, and I was ready to pay for it, that they informed me they were out of horseradish sauce. First & last timer @ Potbelly's. At best, I'd rate both food and service as mediocre. I rated the food a little less because our sandwiches were absolutely tasteless. I ordered a Tuna Salad w/ Swiss (added lettuce, tomato and onion). My partner ordered the Chicken Salad sandwich. We agreed couldn't be any more bland. We both ordered soup, nothing spectacular, premade soup from a bag.Our suggestion, if you ever thought about trying this place, keep on driving.
