Went through drive through to order lunch and sat there for about 3-5 minutes. Ordered my food and the lady said back my order. It was wrong so I corrected her with what I actually wanted and she said to me well next time tell me that first. My husband looked at me and said wow that was rude. Got to the window and didn’t say anything to me. Didn’t even have the decency to say anything back when I said thank you. Worst customer service I have had in awhile. They’re food is usually good but where you order online it actually doesn’t update delivery time and one time they gave me my order with painter’s tape on the sandwich and a Culver’s straw but no drink. I’d recommend you just walk

Ordered a side salad with my lunch, and there was no fork in the bag when I pulled over to eat. Drove through again and was informed there is no salt or pepper at JJ ? - pasta pesto salad was a bit blend, new Italian wrap was good.
