The food is excellent, but the wait staff is what makes the experience at this location great. They were friendly, welcoming, and were quick to refill our drinks when they got empty.
You normally can't go wrong with BWW. The service was amazing. The nachos flat out sucked. Most of the tray was full of the bits of chips you find at the bottom of the bag. It was disappointing, to say the least. The cheese wasn't melted, and the brisket was refrigerator cold.The wings were good and the beverages were cold, so that was great.But the nachos.... oh, the terrible nachos.
