Is tight in restaurant but accommodations can be made with no issue.“
“The food is really good. First visit had the Rocketman Pan Pizza. which is more like a thick flat bread. Very tasty. The Chorizo Stuffed Dates were amazing. Second visit tried the Nonna's Sunday Pie Pan Pizza, extremely spicy!!Cons:(1) Lack of Ice. You get No ice with your water and maybe 3 small cubes in your cocktail. We have learned the first thing we order is two tall glasses of ice to add to all our drinks.(2) Services is so so. You don't see your waiter much. After you order, someone else brings your food. Nobody ever checks on you after that!! So if you need another drink, napkin, silverware, anything . . good luck.We will give it one more try. If the service is not better then we won't be back. You can get good food a lot of places, so service is a MUST.“
“I've always been a fan of deep-dish pizza, having grown up in the Midwest, but now having lived in the south for decades. Life has brought me back to the Midwest, and to the mecca of deep-dish pizza, Chicagoland. So of course in the first few days of moving into the Geneva, IL area, I had to find pizza. Deep-dish pizza. Piled high with meat and cheese, weighing a pound per slice, forced to eat it with a fork. They do call it a "pie" after all, and I've never tried to "fold" or eat any other pie with my fingers...so why should a "pizza pie" be any different??? Yelp sent me to Charlie Fox's as a close-by option, and it didn't disappoint. Ordering over the phone I told the employee I wanted "deep-dish" and he said, "You know we do 'pan' pizza. Is that going to be okay?" After confirming it would still be an inch think, I doubled-up on both the meat and cheese. I was told 30 minutes. I arrived just a couple of minutes early, so the wait was minimal. These things can't be rushed, after all. In the meantime I looked around the small, unassuming shop. Just a couple of tables, but the two guys working behind the counter were friendly and helpful. I was told to make sure to hold on to the coupons that came with my pie, and when I told the man working the counter that I had just moved into the area and it was my first time there, he made sure my order was right. Even another customer, watching them cut and box my order said, "Wow...that looks good." I wasn't disappointed. Hot, with gooey delicious mozzarella clinging to every slice, the dough cooked just perfectly chewy, my partner and I gobbled down multiple slices. I'll definitely be going back. The service and food were both top notch, served out of a basic but clean shopfront! Five stars!!!“
“This review is way overdo. We have been long time customers of Antonio's and for good reason. More than anything, their pizza a the best around. The owners are friendly and really get to know their regulars. They are quick to resolve any issues that may arise. They work to keep a customer for the long haul.“
“I marked as a three but really after being there 5-6 times... My experiences have either been a 2 or a 4. The food is always pretty good. There is no host station. So you walk in and just stand there and wait for an employee to approach you. Which sometimes doesnt happen real promptly. The service staff is laid back and sometimes thats alright other times you just want them to do there job more formally and stop chatting. Now it seems the places maintance is waning. The leather chair tops are splitting, the faux wood beams had cobwebs all over them. And the floor looks like it was not designed for heavy wear. All minor things that can be overlooked but that being said... Why not just fix the minor things?“
“Friendly staff and nice large restaurant. Was seated quickly and waiter arrived promptly. Options from salads, burgers, sandwiches and pizzas. Prices are on the higher side but you’re paying for the atmosphere and experience here. No complaints. The BBQ Chicken Pizza was tasty.“
“It is very rare that you go into a pizza place and can get a slice that is nice and hot. They seem to have figured it out. It was a little pricey but other than that no complaints. Customer service who is awesome. I was greeted with a smile. Check them “
“Great pizza and delicious grilled chicken sandwich. We went there foe dinner 3 times in 3 days. Third time for pick up. We love the lava cake too.Dietary restrictions: no bacon on the salad. The waitress got us a new one and she was very nice and courteous. The rest of the employees were great too.“
“After reading a lot of reviews for Chicago style pizza, we decided to try Nancy's Pizzeria. Six hungry people that painted a new house all day, thoroughly enjoyed it! We ordered two larges and had some leftovers. They estimated about an hour (it was a Saturday night, so we expected about that amount of time) and delivered on-time, piping hot. It was absolutely delicious and we'll definitely order again!“
“We had a retirement gathering middle of the work week, mid-afternoon for 25-30 people. We asked for a variety of pizza's soft drinks and water. If Individuals wanted something else to eat or drink they paid themselves. The waitstaff person we had did an excellent job. Kept the drinks flowing and the tables cleaned as needed. We set the event up with Tyler, he and the staff delivered what we asked for. I wish I knew the waitstaff person she had super customer service. If you need a spot for a gathering give Aurelio's in Geneva a try. Plus the cost was very reasonable.“
“my boyfriend and i went for a little date night and our server was extremely kind, helpful and attentive. food was amazing, and the atmosphere was fun and chill. the size of the restaurant allows for a more quaint hometown vibe. it may be new, but could believably be a long time classic in Geneva!“
