I love Jimmy John's but my app on my phone doesn't show my recent orders only from 2 different stores but I buy from several stores so I'm not getting my rewards as promised I use 2 different locations in Bloomington and normal Illinois and they don't show up even though I give them my phone number, I have used 2 locations in Champaign IL and the location in rantoul IL as well as the one in mahomet Il

So this location is the closest to my home and will continue to use it. Customer service here is very good. I really dont like mayonnaise and am very clear when I order no mayo. Going through the drive through they missed this part of the order. I didnt find out until I got home until I sat to eat my sandwich. So I called and without hesitation they rectified the situation and I was shocked at how quickly they jumped through hoops over a sandwich. Very impressed with that, won...read full review

If you’ve had a #9 (Italian Night Club sub sandwich) in one JJ’s you’ve had ‘em all. The same can be said of speed (I’ve never been to a JJ’s that isn’t indeed “Freaky Fast”). Which leaves location. This particular location is “easy in, easy out” for me (coming from the East). With COVID-19 and basically no dine-in meals, this place’s drive-thru is great!
