I get that you were closing. In fact I didn’t realize that before I placed a delivery order. But you continued to talk over me before I could explain to you what was happening. Incredibly rude person on the phone. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and nothing is worse than someone ordering right before close. One of our orders was completely forgot. I didn't get the sandwich I ordered. We tried calling but nobody answered the phone. On the orders we got all the bread was extremely hard.

I appreciate the attention to my order. The part of the order for someone with an allergy was bagged separately than the rest and the two drinks that looked the same were labeled with pen at the top. The food wasn’t thrown together like most casual dining places, rather it was assembled with care. Thank you for taking the extra time to make enjoying your food easy!
