I've worked in all types of customer service. Cashier, Fast food, Food Service Rep, Retail.. just to give you an idea that I promise I am not the type of person to go out of my way to complain. Life happens! However, several times I have gone to this location and the food is old/cold or stale. I've wisened up and specifically ask for "Fresh Fries" but today while I was eating a double stack with bacon, the bread was nearly petrified and stale. I have been coming to this Wendy’s for about a year. I have always had great service and happy interactions with the employees. They always make my fries fresh when I ask and are kind about it. Their burgers are actually good. It's hot and juicy. There's something special about this Wendy’s. I ordered unsweet tea on the app. I asked at the drive thru window to be sure it was unsweet tea. I was told it was. I got home and both teas were sweet and undrinkable. I called the store. They would not issue a refund.
