I am a procrastinator and ordered last-minute combo boxes twice this week and I was amazed at the speed they prepared the food. They took the stress away from me and I really loved that they tried to make it happen for me TWICE ( Tuesday and Thursday of this week) and were very pleasant in the process. Been coming to this location for years and it's consistently good, in the last couple months it's been even better. Always impressed with the quality of food, service, and cleanliness of the store. Keep it up, much appreciated!!!

I've been eating Potbelly's since I was a kid at the original location on Lincoln in Chicago. My family and I stopped in on Saturday around 2pm for a late lunch the place wasn't busy the service was decent behind the counter the young lady did a real job making the sandwiches, but when we looked to sit at a table to dine in every table was filthy. I expect tables to be clean not one table was clean.
