“Last night started off a little rocky (20 minute wait after reserving 3 weeks in advance, first table offered was a high top in the noisy bar). Then the professional and polite service kicked into overdrive, and resulted in an exceptional experience. Neil (a manager) and Fernando (our server) were both extremely attentive. A perfect martini to start. The crispy lobster and shishitos appetizer was great. Wedge was a little dry. The filet was perfect, as was the spicy crab Campanelle. The key lime was a little too tart, but the butterscotch sundae was great. What made the evening, however, was the friendly and professional service. Will definitely return.”

“We are from WI and found Big Ed's because it was close to the hotel we stayed at. Unfortunately they we out of a few favorites but we found others and all 3 meals were outstanding. I had a full rack of ribs which were amazing and the wings were just as good. Service was great and super friendly...every employee was helpful and had smiles on their faces. Love the mom and pop local family business and already planning trips back to try the favorites they were out of as well as past the word on to everyone we know that loves BBQ. Our server, Alejandra, was so so kind and patient with my girls, despite them being fairly demanding. Our service was fast, attentive and got everything we needed without hiccups. The food was much better than I remembered (objectively good) and came out quickly. The restaurant is quiet and clean, a great place to take kids-their kids menu is very flexible and they can accommodate odd toddler requests for chicken tenders paired with chocolate chip pancakes.”

I spent a good deal of time deciding what I was going to order (because it all sounded amazing!) and the owner kept checking on me (but not in a pushy way) and I finally decided on the Cheeze burger and the berry smoothie. The first sip was perfection, and it only got better from there. I waited just 2 or 3 minutes more and my burger was ready. Spent a short time in conversation with the owner, and even before biting into the burger, I knew I'd be back as soon as my schedule allowed. Great customer service, phenomenal food and a calming, beautiful atmosphere. Don't sleep on this place, people! 10 out of 10.”
