While the quality is good the quantity is terrible. U pay 9.99 for a large, but the amount of steak on it is that of a regular. And the menu board says mayo,lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, yet both times I've eaten here no pickles at all.
The food is amazing, especially for it's price and speed! You get to watch the employees cook it right in front of you, so it's always fresh and hot. Amazing Philly Cheese steaks, and other things too, like buffalo chicken sandwiches. Highly Recommend

Charlie's is by far one of the best Philly steak restaurants around. The staff at the Gurnee location were very polite and understood my order correctly the first time. The grill and prep table was clean as I got to watch my food being cooked. I am looking forward to my next visit!
