I went with friends and had a great time! Our food was amazing but we only had one small issue. When our order arrived we were missing a medium fry; so we went up to ask about it. They informed us that they were currently making more, apologized to us for the missing item, and brought it out immediately as they were done. Simple mistakes happen! I am just glad they resolved it very quickly and in a friendly manner.Kid-friendliness: They have a play place for the kids!
Giving this a 3 star on the base line of what I’m used to from any chick fila I’ve ever been to. I usually go to chick fila because they have exceptional service and you know what to expect every time.It’s not that this place is bad. Just not quite as well ran as most chic fila’s

Starting to be like every other fast food restaurant in the area. Kids doing more joking, and playing behind the counter, than actual work, kid taking orders barely spoke at all, restaurant is dirty, bathrooms are worse, service is slow. I'm sure the decline is due to the lack of qualified employees, training and management, and of course the perception that the pay isn't high enough for the position. Hopefully this was just an off night, but it's also still just fast food, so...read full review
