We come here every Tuesday & our waitress Kim is always amazing !The food is always great and the service Kim provides is second to none !Other servers could learn a lot about customer service from Kim !
The food, service, and atmosphere were all fine. But prices have gotten out of control. $3.49 for a diet soda is too much at a restaurant such as Denny's. When two drinks made of colored water cost as much as a meal, it is simply too much. $2.49 would be still high, but on the high end of exceptable. The cheap silverware also needs replacement.

My fiancé and I went for breakfast at the Gurnee location yesterday. Both mens and womens bathrooms were out of order. No additional bathrooms for the employees!!! How can a restaurant be able to be open without facilities for patrons let alone the employees working an 8 hour shift!?!? Our waitress pleaded for me to call OCHEA!! She also said it is not the first time!!
