$15 for a burrito and a jarrito was a little expensive but it was good. I got a steak fajita burrito and it was pretty big, I'll go back again and try something else. It was very clean and the service was very friendly.
This is a hidden Gem! located in a small strip mall complex. The food here is truly authentic and made to order. The owner was one of the original cooks for Tacos El Norte. The quality of the food is right up there witrh the finest of Mexican restaurants in Lake County. Staff is friendly and outgoing. Portions are large so bring an appetite. The Burrito Bravo was recommended to me by a work colleague while I was visiting Gurnee and I had a signature Burrito Bravo with steak filling. It did not disappoint! All fantastic home made ingredients and the habanero sauce is not for the feint of heart. Spicy! The horchata is fantastic and necessary to reduce heat! The guacamole is also made fresh while you wait and excellent. I'm looking forward fondly to my return trip!
