Jimmy John's

I love love Jimmy John's and I'm always so excited to get it. Well for some reason this day I went the sandwich seemed so much smaller, there was not a lot of meat on there either. I mean if I'm paying that much for a sandwich I'd expect it to be a lot more full than it was. Food still good but becoming to expensive for the amount of food I get.

What's not to love? The staff here is helpful and friendly, the bread is fresh and soft. My daughter loves the salami here. I didn't know you could ask them to not scoop out the bread from the top half of the baguette. That's a game changer. I love two things, the option to get a slim, a mini, or a regular in all the main options and the day old bread for sale. Jimmy Johns struggles to meet the needs of the customer consistent with other restaurants, particularly during a time of need with Covid. Ratings are not good... yet they do not make improvements to meet the needs of customer. We ordered three sandwiches for delivery and forgot a child's sub. Called to add the child's sub to the existing order. They would not accommodate this request and were rude. Asked us to place another order for a child's sub and incur another delivery charge....read full review
