We had the pleasure to dine Saturday night during the dinner time rush. The manager Ms Hicks was absolutely FANTASTIC. The only time in all the years I have ever been asked if they gave enough sauce and several times if we needed anything else (napkins, ketchup etc..) they had several doordash/uber eat orders and the drive thru was busy but dining inside it felt more like a family restaurant experience then fast food. This McDonald's consistently has poor service, often forgets parts of the order, and the wait time is far too long. Regardless of the time of day, the customer will find themselves in line for too long for a fast food restaurant, only to get back an order with half of their items missing. Don't be surprised if your mcChicken is missing a bun. The ambiance makes me want to eat at the gas station across the parking lot instead.
