I waited five minutes at the front counter before anyone said anything to. Customer service in any of the wendy's isn't good or barely available, moat of these youngers think they are doing a favor by taking food orders or preparing food whi h sucks because I used to love wendy's but No probs...they have high prices and very little courtesy. I will hold on to my money.

Stopped by after a road trip to Chicago to get a quick snack. Ordered plain chicken nuggets, but got spicy. I didn't find out till I was down the road. The in-store ordering kiosk could use some upgrades. Not entirely intuitive to use.
