* Best ramen you can get in the south/southwest Chicago suburbs *I've eaten at many ramen places around the world (ooh, many Japanese ones in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto when my company was based there for six years), and Ichiban is fantastic.I waited 10 minutes for my bowl of tonkotsu ramen, and it was well worth that wait. Moreover, I'd rather they take the time to make the ramen upon ordering, rather than give me hours-old fare...Aaanyway, the ramen was delicious--perfectly marinated...read full review

I love this place! The sushi is delicious and the ramen is incredible. I have food intolerances and they happily make my ramen without noodles but they add their soup veggies to it and it's just absolutely delicious. I appreciate their efforts in allowing me to swap out the noodles. I know ordering ramen without the noodles is a weird request but they never hesitate and I can't thank them enough for it. The spicy Dan Dan is to die for. I highly recommend!!
